The refurbishment works included a full upgrade of the existing services such as the installation of new boiler and pipework. To achieve a modern and functional design, the kitchen and bathroom were replaced, an extra ensuite bathroom was added for convenience and contemporary touch. To enhance functionality new joinery was fitted throughout. The project also underwent a full thermal insulation upgrade along with re-plastering and redecoration works to refresh and enhance the overall look and feel of the space.
